With only two episodes left of What We Do in the Shadows left and the least funny joke Taika Waititi has ever pulled eclipsing me and any fans who feel the same, I guess it is time to say goodbye. Despite that, I remain grateful for the six seasons that exist and plan to revisit them.

Taika Waititi doesn’t necessarily think there needed to be six seasons of What We Do in the Shadows. Waititi co-directed the 2014 New Zeeland comedy What We Do in the Shadows alongside Jemaine Clement.

The EP adds that his favorite part of the show was "not having to put vampire teeth in, and making other people do it."

What We Do In The Shadows, the half-hour comedy mockumentary created by Jemaine Clement, is ending with its sixth season. The show is based on the film of the same name by Clement and Taika Waititi which follows a trio of vampires as they fumble into shenanigans and half-heartedly attempt to take over the United States.
