The Celtics forward reached the milestone with a three in the second quarter of Saturday’s win over the Dallas Mavericks.

On Saturday night, the Boston Celtics crushed the Dallas Mavericks (in Texas) by a score of 122-107. Jayson Tatum finished with 24 points, six rebounds, three assists and one steal while shooting 8/22 from the field and 4/12 from the three-point range in 35 mintues of playing time.

Jayson Tatum secured another career milestone on Saturday, Jan. 25 as he reached 13,000 career points. The Boston Celtics superstar joins an elite list of seven other players to reach that feat before their 27th birthday.

Jayson Tatum has been named as an Eastern Conference All-Star starter for the 2025 All-Star game. The Boston Celtics star will be making his fifth consecutive All-Star appearance and his sixth overall.

Jayson Tatum struggled from the field shooting 5-14 with 19 points while Jaylen Brown carried a majority of the load shooting 10-23 and finishing with 28 points. Payton Pritchard added 15 points off the bench including the unsuccessful full-court heave as time expired.

The Boston Celtics recently had a back-to-back in Los Angeles. They overcame the Los Angeles Clippers but fell to the Los Angeles Lakers. However, during their time in the City of Angeles, Jayson Tatum found some time to make an appearance on the Jimmy Kimmel show.
