The Raiders have hired Pete Carroll as their new coach. Carroll is getting a three-year deal with a fourth-year team option, sources told ESPN.

Carroll has won a Super Bowl and national title. While his talks with Jones have been informal, he’s already a top option for many fans.

Carroll enters his 31st season in the NFL, most recently spending 14 seasons as the Executive V.P. and Head Coach of the Seattle Seahawks.
