Daniel Andreas San Diego, a fugitive wanted in connection with two bombings in the San Francisco Bay Area over two decades ago, has been arrested in Wales. The FBI announced the arrest on Tuesday, praising the agency's relentless pursuit of justice.

Known as one of the FBI's "most wanted terrorists," San Diego was linked to two homemade pipe bombs that exploded on August 28, 2003, at Chiron Corp., a biotech business in Emeryville, just across the bay from San Francisco.
